Margate-based songwriter and producer Polly Mackey (aka Art School Girlfriend) has shared a new video for her recent EP’s title track ‘Measures’. The hauntingly beautiful clip directed by French-born, Amsterdam-based 3D artist Kevin Bray, sees Mackey reflecting by a misty Margate cliff side, transforming those famous white hills into a gorgeous yet somewhat eerie virtual reality. There’s a whiff of David Lynch about it, which marries perfectly with Art School Girlfriend's minimalist synth-based sound. Measures is out now on legendary producer Paul Epworth’s record label Wolftone and you can catch her live at the Sebright Arms in Hackney on the 13th of March. -HLMX
